Art Month
Some of you know that last year I joined a collective of women artists: Le Cercle de l’Art. A personal and professional adventure that has enriched my practice with new challenges, wonderful encounters, and, above all, a broader reach for my painting. This year, I am embarking on a new adventure alongside 121 other women to present a new series of works in March and April.
What exactly is Art Month?
Once a year, in the spring, visual artists send their portfolios to a select group of collectors. The artworks are paid in twelve monthly installments, with no intermediaries or commissions. On the one hand, artists secure a regular income; on the other, art lovers can enjoy an artwork without having to pay the full amount upfront.
